Inline Review hasn’t been updated in over a year. I did have a 2.0-dev branch. Im note sure why though. Hopefully I have some notes around with what I wanted to do(so far, it doesn’t look good). I’d like to begin working on it again. Right now I’m pretty focused on the large project I am working on but if it keeps coming along at the rate it is then I should have some free time to do other things. Building Inline Review into what I originally envisioned would be cool to do. I still have all of the code stashed away on my MacBook so in theory I could pick up where I left off. If I can figure out what I was doing when I left off. Looking at the commits I wasn’t very far into development though. The code is probably where I should start. It’ll tell me a lot about what I was working on at the time I think. I am looking through it as Im writing this and I cannot believe I wrote so much. Looking through it I can remember where I got ideas from which is refreshing.
Im not making any promises though but I would like to expand on what Inline Review is now and make it into something completely useful. Within the next couple of weeks I’ll run through the stable branch and make sure it works with the current version of WP then push it to the repo if Im going to actively start developing it again.
Game Dev Quotes was made because at the time I had a use for it and there was an old plugin that did part of what I needed. I built GDQ off that idea and added support for different game developers. I added more support as requests came in and that worked. But beyond what it does now I don’t have any ideas. Im really not sure what to do with it.
